  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after dispatch

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

European Union

  • Service: Royal Mail International Tracked

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days after dispatch

  • Tracking information will be provided to monitor your shipment.

Rest of the World (International Shipping)

  • Service: Royal Mail International Tracked

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–20 business days after dispatch

  • A tracking number will be provided to follow your parcel’s progress.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
